STANDARD USE OF VENUE
Venue hire for 1 day
17 meter canvas stretch tent with coir matting, curtain lights, and festoon lights.
15 tables and 30 benches to seat up to 120.
2 x 6 meter Tipi ‘chill out tents’
Generator powered lighting, including 500 meters of festoons and tree illuminators.
2 x bars, including the Caravan Gin bar, set up, fridges, and staffing
Option of overnight camping in paddock
PA system and DJ
Basic Venue dressing, including Hammocks, mirrors, hanging frames.
Use of outdoor games (to keep guests busy)
Heat via fire pits and gas heaters outside of tent. (Diesel heaters are available to rent to heat the tent)

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required with the return of this contract to secure your wedding day at Lilas Wood (Woodland Wedding Ltd) This payment will be based on the written quotation we have provided to you, or if no such agreement has been made; the list price for the contracted minimum number of guests. A further 25% payment on account is required 6 months before your wedding date. The remaining 50% balance is due 4 weeks before your event date.
